The staff members were cute, and
The genuine hospitality. I particularly appreciated the daily room cleaning and the coffee provided. While the room's lighting was dim due to the small windows, the overall experience was still enjoyable, especially being so close to key attractions.

make sure to get superior double room with a large bed, an elegant sink, for instance.
Nothing negative to say.

Gorgeous and neat place, everything was very good. The staff was amazingly attentive and efficient, providing a welcoming service. The location was comfortable and top, right in the center, it's a plus. Went to Holsteins for drink or two, set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The entrance felt overly dark and uninviting. There were instances of low shower pressure, barely more than a dribble, disappointing. Bathrooms needed a closer inspection, as they seemed superficially clean but required a better deep clean.

The room is huge and immaculately clean and with flat screen cable TV, an air conditioning, and a kettle. Functional bathroom is large.

the staff is great- very helpful young people especially Phone (there are actually 2 of them with the same name). the other staff also are very helpful and go out of their way to make life easy. The room I stayed in was no. 5- more like a villa-complete with woode3n floors- actually the whole place is wooden with a front porch and wood furniture. Its right in front of the national museum and the wat attached to it and at side of Phousi hill.Breakfast is next door to the reception. It is more like a house and feels less like a hotel- very homely and laid back atmosphere. The staff will help you with booking tours, tuktuks etc at almost the same price you get outside and they are willing to give you any information you need. Its right next to the night market and town centre without being noisy at all.Wonderful place- heartily recommend it
the room lighting especially the bathroom could do with some brighter lights. Also the door bottom can be air-proofed as it can be quite cold sometimes.- minor problems easily solved- dont let it keep you from staying here, even if for just a day or two- you will really like the experience. I stayed in room 5

Request a room in the main building for better access to hotel amenities and services, as some rooms are farther from the lobby.

Quiet room facing away from main road. Good location. Pleasing. older-style building. Use of bicycles free of charge.
Breakfast was very modest and service sometimes slow, but I suspect not unusual for a hotel in this price range in Luang Prabang.

The toilet in my room was not acceptable, it stinked the entire stay. I also noticed there were no bidet showers, how antiquated! And surely I deserved a complimentary upgrade for all my troubles, but nope, I just got the regular treatment. I almost gave a good review, but honestly, I just couldn't.

Got brand-new, neat room with good air con and the beds were super comfy and a fridge. Location: the hotel was so close to the Royal Palace, Phousi Hill, and night market and city center. The service offered was friendly! The venue had water cooler in the reception.

The packed lunches were a delight and the culinary scene nearby is a treasure trove! Just a hop away, I found myself savoring delights at Yongkhoune Restaurant and the charming Luang Prabang Artisans Cafe, both perfect for a bite before exploring. Not to mention, the lovely view of the Wat from the room added a magical touch to my stay.
The bathrooms need a little TLC-let's be real, those faucets are begging for a refresh! And while one room was a bit dusty, it didn't dim my adventure spirit as I sought the local eats.
